First, let me congratulate you on starting your business. Now, while this course may work for you, it would be best if you first worked with 5-10 clients before taking this course. So my recommendation is that you get your first 5-10 clients (the more the better), work with them end-to-end, and then take this course. Your experience with the clients will come in handy especially when you're doing customer and competitor research.
No, you won't. This is an online course that is accessible on a virtual platform. All the resources are also included in the platform for each lesson. Some resources are downloadable in PDF, Excel, or Word format. Others, such as quizzes can only be accessed online.
